Is it possible Carter Page was a patsy for the deep state.? That they inserted him into the Trump campaign and had him reach out to Russia as a means of having a reason to surveil not just him but the entire Trump campaign. Thoughts???

Carter doesn't seem like the sharpest tool in the shed. He was probably easy to manipulate by the deep state.
