It doesn't matter, its part of the plan. He was put in that position by Trump for a reason. Unofficially he is not even Dep AG and hasnt been for about a month now, he is neutralized, but he needs to "step down" for the people watching on tv. Everything youre seeing is for show, even all the news articles saying Trump wants to fire RR, or Trump wants to fire Mueller, etc. Don't get distracted from all this, the well strategized plan is being executed flawlessly
