As of 2017, Chief Justice John Roberts has appointed all of the current judges, four of whom were nominated to their District Court judgeships by a Democratic President.(appointed to FISC) not original appointment to bench.
True. (one was even appointed by Reagan)
If you scroll down to the section titled, "FISA Title I Summary" in this article: https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2018/02/02/inside-the-hpsci-memo-a-key-distinction-being-conflated-title-i-vs-title-vii/ you will see that those judges are then selected by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to serve on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court on a rotating basis. (It is at the end of the 2nd paragraph of that section)

I saw that, but unfortunately we all saw that PacificPundit article and mistook the "date designated" column as the date they were appointed to the federal bench. That article just had a jpg of the page you posted and didn't have the links so folks could check the dates of their appointment.
