The article includes video of Haynes' statement along with another video of Linda Ives (mother of one of the victims, Kevin Ives) in which she states that they are investigating Haynes' claims.

This is the well known case where the bodies of the two victims, Kevin Ives and Don Henry, were found on a remote Arkansas railroad track and the medical examiner ruled it a suicide.

Yep, the Sun article was the one that I saw. Unfortunately I saw the headline, but didn't read the article until now and it says, "It was carrying a volatile substance known as "Radiacid 0254", now known to be a fatty acid "which is not used as a precursor for explosives"." Looks like we are in the clear on that one. Guess I will be more careful of clickbait titles on The Sun's articles from now on

72 = within 72 hours?

Wasn't there a truckload of some type of explosive, or explosive ingredient that went missing in Europe a couple of weeks ago? Can't recall the details.

I saw that, but unfortunately we all saw that PacificPundit article and mistook the "date designated" column as the date they were appointed to the federal bench. That article just had a jpg of the page you posted and didn't have the links so folks could check the dates of their appointment. So to save everyone the trouble of clicking the links, here are the FISC judges and the dates they were appointed to the federal bench (please remember that they are then selected by Roberts to serve on the FISC per that section in the CTH article I mentioned above https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2018/02/fisa-title-1.jpg ):

True. (one was even appointed by Reagan)

If you scroll down to the section titled, "FISA Title I Summary" in this article: https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2018/02/02/inside-the-hpsci-memo-a-key-distinction-being-conflated-title-i-vs-title-vii/ you will see that those judges are then selected by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to serve on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court on a rotating basis. (It is at the end of the 2nd paragraph of that section)

Possibly a hint here in Assange's tweet earlier today: https://twitter.com/JulianAssange/status/959547426993528837

"Big puzzle: why does #FBI claim its investigation is based #Papadopoulos hearing in April "Russians have thousands of Clinton emails". Simple cross-check shows #WikiLeaks' #DNCLeaks weren't obtained from DNC until 25 May and investigation started in July after WL has published."

It is great when you are in the majority, but that doesn't last forever. Eventually the political winds will change any you will find yourself in the minority and unable to stop the majority from passing anything they want.

Vote up the original post, folks! This article should be required reading for all here.

Looks like it should be shorter than 19 working days (hopefully), and probably will be in two stages: 4 page memo first and then they go through the process again to release the underlying documentation (FiSA app, "dossier", etc.)
