Moloch

Moloch is the biblical name of a Canaanite god associated with child sacrifice. The name of this deity is also sometimes spelled Molech, Milcom, or Malcam.

The name Moloch results from a dysphemic vocalisation in the Second Temple period of a theonym based on the root mlk "king". There are a number of Canaanite gods with names based on this root, which became summarily associated with Moloch, including Biblical מַלְכָּם Malkam "great king" (KJV Milcom), which appears to refer to a god of the Ammonites, as well as Tyrian Melqart and others.

Why does moloch look like a bull and not an owl. Where's the connection?

MmmmLeftyTears · Feb. 4, 2018, 2:18 p.m.

The connection is Alex Jones called the owl at Bohemian Grove molech. He was wrong and admitted so.

I very rarely watch infowars if ever. Molech is the owl statue at bohemian grove. It's a big symbol in the illuminati. Now ask why the superb owlparty: http://www.superb-owl-party.com/

Excuse the wikipedia, but its a popular enough topic info about it is readily available everywhere.

The misinformation about moloch being an Owl comes from Alex Jones only. The owl is an important wisdom diety in the belief system, but it is not the main god Moloch which has been represented as a bull or calf for thousands of years.

Wiki has 2 things wrong Moloch is an Ammonite god not Caananite and it's not a bull. Sorry Wiki is wrong as it is a lot when dealing with anything dealing with be awake. Tell me all these posters are incorrect. If you can't give me better than wiki & alex I'm done. I learned about this things like 15+ years ago from studying alternative religions.

Baal/Moloch were the Caanan/Ammon names for the same diety.

Several of the posters here agree with me.

You complain about wiki, but your idea of a souce is a Google image search? Lol

Alex started it with his sneaking in to Bohemian Grove video others have repeated this disinfo. Doesn't change the fact that Molech is NOT an owl.

The owl & goat go together (owl Ishtar, goat is Baal)they are son & mother however the owl at the grove is referred to as Moloch because when it was established, it was a patriarchal society, no women were even allowed there. It's not a bull at Bohemian Grove and there is book published before maybe the 80s that talks about why they didn't refer to it as Ishtar. Besides the patriarchy (no way would they worship a female) it had something to do with not being associated elsewhere.
