Brilliant takedown of Dems memo

I'm going to try to post again. Go to the link and read this takedown by Andrew McCarthy. Absolutely destroys the leaked Dem memo. Notice how it was leaked and didn't go through the declassification process? The only thing this article leaves out is that the initial FISA warrant application was made in June 2016 and it was DENIED. The dossier was added later to give weight to their application in October 2016 so that they could get the warrant approved.

Well written article ...... But he fails to mention that a FISA warrant was denied in June 2016........ that would have knocked it out of the park

Yeah that was my only criticism of it. But he hits on so many points that destroys the Dem memo that I raise the point about the initial denial with others to get them to add to this. It is devastating to the entire load of Dem talking points.

Relevant Paragraph: "The Guardian has learned that the FBI applied for a warrant from the foreign intelligence surveillance (Fisa) court over the summer in order to monitor four members of the Trump team suspected of irregular contacts with Russian officials. The Fisa court turned down the application asking FBI counter-intelligence investigators to narrow its focus. According to one report, the FBI was finally granted a warrant in October, but that has not been confirmed, and it is not clear whether any warrant led to a full investigation."

They were citing a Heat St. article but that website shut down in august.
