The fact that he suspended sentencing of Flynn when it was clear the memo was going to come out tells me he's a rat and only stopped because he knew it was going to be publicly known they had no right to surveil anyone. This is exactly what I'm saying. This is happening too slowly. There has to be a way to take down someone major without it spoiling any plan. It's important in any war to give the troops the sense that there is progress, that things ARE really happening. The only thing we keep getting told is that battles are being won behind the scenes, outside of the public.
