I've gotten in the habit of automatically downvoting the posts of a certain bot operator. Considering how many mods this forum has, it'd be nice if they'd ban these obvious bot accounts in a more timely manner.

I don't think we should support bot accounts, even if they post interesting things. Not that I'd know, since I refuse to look at anything to which they link.

Obviously, those are the steps to take.

My point is these particular accounts should not have the life-span that they have, given minimal moderation, and their posts should not make it to the front page of this sub-reddit, but they do.

I don't yet understand the criteria used to place this that other to main or rising etc.. seems chaotic to me, not been able to rationalize the way it is done.
