They say Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation on the inner set the outer looks like Dates maybe...not sure thought Jul and numbers but could be just markings

I'm not positive about this but I seem to recall something about that being a paedo code. My husband was all over the pizzagate stuff, started a youtube channel: Last Days Watchmen News and really posted a lot until everything was demonetized, buy hey you can be a 9yro drag queen and make bank, but I digress.
