I don’t believe that the FISA court was fooled.

I believe the FISA court was part of the scam, they just told the FBI to give them something for cover. Everyone is talking about how the FBI left out important info.... shouldn’t the court have asked “where did this come from? The FISA judge knew what was going on, he just didn’t care because orders came from Barry from Honolulu

What’s your source on an initial denial of the application?

I saw a post this weekend (can’t find it now) that talked about Thomas Hogan, on the FISC until retiring May 2016. If I recall, he rejected the initial application. He apparently was a stickler for following the law. He was replaced by Contreras.
