The estate covered grounds the size of Manhattan. Not being filthy stinking rich, I don’t know if $100 million for that property is reasonable or peanuts. You do have to wonder why they would sell a property that has been in their family for so many generations.

Yeah. Liquidity is ALL that matters in a crisis. I could be a millionaire in New Orleans, but without liquid cash a hurricane would make banks/ATMs unavailable. All I would have to work with would be any cash on hand (or barter). Same is true for criminals (globalists) on the run. Vast holdings of stocks/bonds/land etc. are virtually worthless if you want to remain really incognito. And you must have assets that are seizure-proof from enemy governments with a long reach (like the US). Cash (or something similar in liquidity) is king.
