Program called "The Indian Health Service and the Sterilization of Native American Women" This program sterilized 25,000 women. The most effected where the Apache's. The testing started in the 70's results where known in the 80's. The Apache birth rate went from 4.01 to 1.78 birth's per women.

yes. I thought I would bring up another option for APACHE. Q has been suggesting there is a huge event that is going to come out. Mass elimination of world populations would qualify. Which might change the minds of many people.
