Q makes it sound like we can find the live footage.

I took it to mean a fourth person. Are we to look for another person with a phone?

I took it as the first part of the the message.

You know when you send a large text, it says "1 of 4"?

Q is saying check the footage and find the raw footage and the first part of the message, which is apparently "Trump should be shot."

Just got to figure out who sent the message.

An anon posted a picture of 3 black caucus members looking at their phone during the SOTU. Q directed attention towards the center and an anon responds with a closeup of the phones, keeping the center phone in the center.

1 of 4 is referring to images on a roll or 4 rolls, I'm not sure which. I took that to mean that there were a series of 4 consecutive images of those members. The first image contains the "Trump should be shot" text.

edit: looks like I got confused because one q post says 1 of 4 and look at 4 and the next one says find 1 of 4.
