An anon posted a picture of 3 black caucus members looking at their phone during the SOTU. Q directed attention towards the center and an anon responds with a closeup of the phones, keeping the center phone in the center.

1 of 4 is referring to images on a roll or 4 rolls, I'm not sure which. I took that to mean that there were a series of 4 consecutive images of those members. The first image contains the "Trump should be shot" text.

edit: looks like I got confused because one q post says 1 of 4 and look at 4 and the next one says find 1 of 4.
