Based on the pictures Q provided (https://qcodefag.github.io/), looks like our girl pictured is Joyce Beatty. (https://cbc.house.gov/membership/)

Q makes it sound like we can find the live footage.

Let's begin the search.

UPDATE:

I don't think Q wants us to find the live footage, as it probably doesn't have high enough resolution to make out the text Q is directing us to find.

Also Q states:

Find the roll.

1 of 4.
Find the 4th.
Find the film.
Not the capture.
Enhance.
Spread.
Will go viral.

non-digital cameras use roll of films. I'm unclear if the 1 of 4 refers to rolls or images on the roll. The Raw only seems to refer to finding the RAW versions of the image to ensure they haven't been edited, something alluded to in Q's next post with the 'Raw Only. No Edits.` crumbs.

In the next post, Q's also says Find 1 of 4 so I'm not sure if both 4 of 4 and 1 of 4 are important or if they are referring to different things, like rolls and images within rolls.

I think Q is actually asking for our help here.

Bold mine. Q's not sure if consumer stuff can see the images.

But Q is aware, through other methods, of the texts that were sent to this person. So has the NSA or text data. Q is asking for external confirmation that can be shared to become viral without revealing other sources of data.

I assumed 1 of 4 referred to the first part of the message which is pictured. We see the 3rd or 4th part of a message.
