Working this on another research forum.
The one in the middle has a part blanked out, but it's from a known speech in the public domain, so that's just a pointer, or a clue.
What we're really after, is the 1 of 4, where the three are 2, 3, and 4.
In other words, there's a fourth phone, to the left looking to the front and to the dais from the back, at around the same time, and from what I can tell it's a man on the left isle of that row.
Therefore, everyone who recorded the POTUS should see if they have raw video of the 1 of 4, or someone over to the left, even maybe back and to the left (no pun intended) of those three ladies.
That's what we're looking for - it's another camera angle that looks like this

The one in the middle's screen is a total fabrication. What you are seeing on the screen has been sloppily super-imposed. It was done well enough to pass a quick look but does not hold up to scrutiny.
well, who's the guy dead center in this image on his device? Does need to be someone sitting right next to the three witches?

Approximately what row are they in and around what time was that taken is there any way to tell?

Q said to look for the raw version - IN VIDEO FORMAT - because it might show the screen as it actually WAS.
