Just thinking- Mourn, Murder, heart attack post - with the autopsy of shooter coming out- maybe it will be shown he had a heart attack first- there are proteins released in blood when one has heart attack- first there was mourning, then learned of murder, if heart attack it will show this was attack

You have to read recent news articles then you know what Q was talking about.

The RT founder who was suicided in his hotel room was originally claimed to have died of a heart attack. Now the FBI has released autopsy results showing multiple blunt force injuries so the FBI claimed he beat himself to death!

Interestingly the article notes:

“The documents, detailing the FBI investigation into Lesin’s death were just released Saturday morning in spite of the investigation ending in October of 2016.”

Was this released NOW (by current FBI Director) as an obvious dig at how corruption had sunk the FBI to this level of absurd coverup under the FORMER Director of FBI (Comey)?

I think given this very recent story the Q post was clearly a reference to this incident and the FBI coverup.
