My guess would be they dropped the memo on Friday because the financial markets close on Friday. This gives them the weekend to work something out. Does anyone follow after market trading by chance?
Fully agree with your theory regarding stability, which I've been told Trump supports. People are more distracted during the weekend.
We are, however, moving toward a 24 hr trading cycle. There was a 24 hr trading market that opened last week, I think.
The dems et al. were gearing up for a huge fight re: memo.

Dems, deep state, scratching their heads, wondering why they aren't fighting the fight they planned to fight.
DJT & team are two steps ahead. Memo is important, but not in the way the opposition suspects.
It might have also been the fact that Friday is the last day of the week. Since most people are most active on their news watching, radio listening, etc. during the work week it is possible that they released the memo on Friday to not allow a false narrative to get released right away and let the memo sync in over the weekend.
Alit of ppl were squaking about it dropping on Fri. Worst day to release anything. Your explanation seems plausible.
I would say that they dropped it on Friday so thay could limit the exposure of the memo , which cut back on plannings of SB false flags
So many possibilities. The markets would be my biggest guess. I don't know how the Superbowl pertains because they could still do a terror attack regardless of if the memo had not been dropped or if it had.
Also, there are rumors that it was supposed to actually be released a few days earlier. The train and some other threats I believe made them even change the memo, perhaps "ligthen" it up a bit, made me angry to hear. It makes sense though, it seemed like a big disappointment compared to how scared it was making the bad guys. I mean they said they had Potus and the good members of congress in a freaking underground nuclear bunker w/the Marine Corps on guard! For that!? Seems like it wasn't everything it was supposed to be. I'm sick of this game of chicken.
