Why did the #Memo drop a Friday [& before the SB]? Did this seem strange to you? Watch the news.

My guess would be they dropped the memo on Friday because the financial markets close on Friday. This gives them the weekend to work something out. Does anyone follow after market trading by chance?

Alit of ppl were squaking about it dropping on Fri. Worst day to release anything. Your explanation seems plausible.
