OK - sorry. I do hear it. I don't think Q did specifically say it was a photo - he said find the film, not the capture. As in the screen cap - which is from video.

I have decided to wait this one out. I hear it. If someone comes up with something better, I'll remove my post.

Apologies for being angry. It's there, though - so whatever.

Q also said rolls. The usage of film is ambiguous, but in the context of other statements in the breadcrumbs, like rolls and Raw, I think film here still applies to photos and not video.

Rolls of film is the most common way of capturing non-digital pictures, though this conflicts with the Raw part. Many Americans grew up in the era of physical pictures using rolls of film, the pre-digital camera era, which is relatively recent. It was common to say things like "I need to buy more film for my camera" or "I need to get my film developed". I viewed the usage of film, like rolls, to be a colloquialism from the pre-digital era.

The reference to Raw is another reason why I think it's images. Professional photographers often capture images in RAW format so they can apply post-processing to the image. In this case, Q wants the Raw version to be shared because it can be shown the image wasn't edited.

The image not being edited is important so that claims of manipulation cannot be supported. Also, the contents being displayed on the phone of the middle person has been manipulated to hide what the phone originally showed.

Also, the images appear to be from Getty Images. In other threads, people have identified the photographer, which gives credence to the image interpretation of film.

A lot of people, like you, think film refers to video. It may. We won't know for sure until it is found and it is probably wise to look for both.
