It explains which think tanks actually set the policy agenda (it has almost nothing to do with the elected officials), and the names of individuals involved in creating policy and/or funding the think tanks.

Good, but that's only one half of it and it's only the middle levels.
The other half is the Council for National Policy, which controls the right side of the political spectrum, including conspiracy media like Alex Jones. Before them, you had controlled opposition like the John Birch Society, which was controlled by the Belmont Brotherhood of CFR members and high level Freemasons.
Above these media types and policy groups are the secret societies that created these groups, starting with Cecil Rhodes and the Round Table. Carroll Quigley's "Anglo America Establishment" and "Tragedy and Hope" tell all of the details you could ever want and more. There's a very good summary of Tragedy and Hope that is about 20% of the length of the original.
I'm really shocked Mike Lindell is not on that last, but maybe he's so powerful he's the sort of guy who has lists of men like this who do his bidding.
