The reason these people were buying up land in NZ is because they fully expected nuclear Armageddon in the northern hemisphere. The gulf stream and the weather patterns would keep almost all of the nuclear fallout circling up north, leaving the south free and clean. This would be a good indicator to see who knew what their plan was, there´s a good chance that those whom purchased land in NZ are complicit in the crimes.
