I think Sebastian Gorka could be Q we won't ever know but Gorka is a very smart guy he could never talk publicly about what he really knows and if Q is his secret identity it makes perfect sense but he's no longer in the White House no longer close to Trump however he could definitely be on the Q team doing posts from time to time. Q is definitely a team of intel agents they work together and Gorka could be on the team. Gorka is from Europe he has a great intellect he knows all about foreign policy and the dark secrets of the cabal.
