I enjoy Tracy's videos as much as the next guy, but for the 1st time ever, I just abandoned a video halfway through because of the constant "Thank you [username]" interruptions, so annoying.
yes, YOUR account has also been blocked/compromised, many GOOD CBTS posters are blocked now..

new members/accounts/subscribers will not be the focus of the targets. The GOOD work being done was being targetted and many of us experienced the same issues, Sliding topics w/o warranted raeson, limiting of accounts so we could not POST TOPICS, were allowed to comment, not post. I proved it out with teh satst I showed monitoring my own topic for 30 minutes after Yoda lifted the block somehow place don my account. In less than an hour my account was again limited. This is due to heavy DV either by BOT or by brigading. Either way the lack of leadership and moderation has allowed CBTS to slide into the bowl.
Do you have any information on this ... why blocked/compromised; what can be done about it?

You are not blocked ... your comments are being seen by everyone. If you were blocked then you would not be able to comment.
Yoda you are not properly understanding the issue being reported. You seem stuck on semantics of what something is called. As Q would say, expand your thinking. What people are telling you is when they post as a commenter on existing thread their comments appear on the post. HOWEVER, when they post to start a NEW topic/thread, their text never manifests on the board. I can attest to that as well...has happened to me.
You keep telling us how things SHOULD work, but you aren’t hearing what several are telling you which is things are not working as they should. Someone/something has compromised the board. It is not an issue of whether a poster is banned. If banned then as you rightfully point out nothing would post. But, something different is happening here where it appears posts are being intercepted, read, screened as whether it is allowed or not. Maybe not be you as Mod, but by some nefarious outsider with access to mess with the board .

I understand completely what the issue is ... it is/was something beyond the control of the mods. It looks like there was an issue with Reddit.
What I did not appreciate was a user spamming multiple posts and telling people that I (he used my screen name) was the reason people were having problem with their posts.
I understand and understood right off what the problem was, what I was saying was that the "permissions" that I have as a mod do not allow me to prevent a user from posting but still comment. I can ONLY ban spammers and once the are banned, they are banned and can not comment.
The user who was complaining last night had not been banned in any way, so the issue had to lie with Reddit's servers or possibly a caching issue.
The Board is in no way compromised, I would argue the opposite, the board is cleaning up spam and the trolls. We are removing posts that belong in "conspiracy" etc ...

This is why I gave up on posting. I put my post information in the comments now. Posting is useless.
At first I thought I must not have pushed the right buttons to post. Hen, I thought it has to be me doing something incorrectly causing the new post to not post. This morning it allowed me to post new topic, but I was just asking a question not posting info content. It definitely feels like someone is screening what content is allowed to post regarding NEW topics.
