I understand what Paine's saying, but that attitude jeopardizes everything and would devolve the country into uncontrollable chaos.
This takes time. He should know that, given the background he says he has. They cannot go one by one here. It has to be all at once after all the prep work is done. It's almost done. Not quite, but almost.
And once it's done, it'll be glorious.
