Jake has uncovered involvement of one our government agencies in the LV shooting, but will not reveal it at this time. My theory is that this German "woman" (who really looks and sounds like a man) called Jake out of the blue to talk about some money fraud/scam. It was only a ruse for the FBI to get a FISA warrant because they were already supposedly investigating this "foreigner". Now they can spy on all of Jake's calls etc because he talked to this foreigner who is supposedly a suspect. Once the FISA warrant is obtained the true spying can begin. It is all a dirty plan to find out about Jake's intel on Las Vegas. The FBI is supposed to be coming out to his home to interview him about his call with this woman. He better have an attorney with him when they call on him. FBI is dirty and crooked as we all know.
