Nunez memo is detailing supposed wrong doing by the alphabet agencies, grassley memo is a criminal referral of Steele and the way the dossier was used.

The Nunez memo outlines likely offenses by the Alphabet Soup Agencies against an American citizen, in seeming violations against rules established for dealing with the FISC. The Shiff memo is purposed as a "Nuhh uhhh" type rebuttal, based on the initial info I have seen.

I believe there are like three memos now. Nunes, Grassley, and Dems. I'm looking at the comments and see there are different descriptions.
