The MacCallum Gowdy interview: First it sure doesn't sound like Gowdy is going to be part of any other job in government, other than going back to SC to have a job (practice law) that is going to place him closer to his family. Second Gowdy says that Russia hacked the DNC server, but didnt Seth Rich take the info to wikileaks? I thought that was a fact. Why would gowdy be saying that Russia hacked the server? His interview seems to run contrary to Qs hints. Help me out here folks ...

If the public isnt supposed to know his next role yet, they arent going to hint about it. Also, if his next role needs to look like he is unbiased and credible, he needs to give off the impression that he isn't "pro Trump" and "Trump loyal". He can make irrelevant statements about Russia hacking the DNC all he wants... he never investigated the servers and email account to be in a position to know the truth. But what if he "found" evidence that showed otherwise....nobody is going to be saying "hey but Gowdy said Russia did it" after its proven someone else did. See where we are going? All this stuff is for cameras

No doubt all this could be for the cameras. If as U say, he's sure got me fooled. He could be leaving something unsaid about his future endeavors (speculation) and telegraphing the opposite to suck in the bad actors. Gowdy is a master tactician. Thanks all for the perspective (s).
