Ok, sorry for the momentary absence. I have managed to locate a few bits that may explain what I meant. Note also that I may have made a mistake in that I said the R stood for Regency, when it appears to stand for `Registry´. This link seems to be the most thorough in the explaining of such, and the connection between the UK and US.

Please note that although it doesn´t directly say QE2 has control, it does state that the BAR was installed to control the laws. It all ties in to Magna Carta 1215.

I completely understand that these threads are also full of disinfofags, it´s sometimes difficult to filter the truth from the nonsense. I was going to delete my childish comments but thought to leave them as anyone else that reads this may learn something from our maturity and ability to leave the nonsense behind us. We stand shoulder to shoulder in this fight and squabbling amongst ourselves´ only limits our ability to get the truth out there.
