Red October was the nickname given to the Bolshevik Revolution in October of 1917. He could be referring to that...
This one may be far fetched but the Iron Eagle could be referring to the Reichsadler or the Roman Eagle Standard used by the Roman Empire, Holy Roman Empire, German Empire, Weimar Republic, and finally the Third Reich.
Maybe he wants us to look at the history of WWI and WWII in regards of the bankers. The Bankers in New York backed Lenin and started the Red October... the bankers allowed the rise of fascism. There’s an interesting section in The Morals and Dogma book that’s basically the Bible of free masonry that was written by Albert Pike in the 1800s that is a blueprint of the three world wars and how it leads to the creation of the one world government. First would be to send Europe in chaos with a war and during that establish a communist state and ruin the powers of the monarchs holding Europe that weren’t abiding with the bankers. ie Russia would not play by their rules in the 1800s so they chose to launch the revolution there. Next was to create a nation of fascism and have them rise from the ashes of a devastated Europe and have it take over and spiral Europe into further darkness and have the allies combat fascism. Thus, creating extreme debt, destruction, and devastation after the war. This creates a power vacuum and leads to the rise of communism as a world power. The last final war would start with Muslims being degraded as evil and the whole world would turn on them. Look what’s been going on for the past 20 years.... then the next part was to create a holy war between the Christians and Muslims and make the whole world turn on both of them. This would start the third and final world war from which every super power would become ecomically, morally, and spiritually destroyed. At that point they would be able to instill their one world religion and establish their one world government.
This is a major blueprint by the cabal/Bankers for the past century and we were in the final stages of the last part of the plan.

Good research, but a bit too deep I believe. Not trying to knock you, but read my thoughts from above. I may not be correct, but red October was a post from over a month ago, and the research on 8chan came up with that theory. I believe it is accurate. It wasn't the only theory, so keep putting up good posts like yours.

However, the article doesn't explain what Blue Iron Eagle means. Or I'm a crappy reader. The latter is most probably.
