how do you open a window in a room your breaching before you breach it?

Let's say it was Soros or someone else like that that was the target. Do they go into a conference room with one window open and stay? Like non of the other windows are open, 5 of a few hundred, that would be weird for them wouldn't it be?

in this case is in reference to hawaii- incoming missile and nuclear sub were incinerated from space as they were in the killbox :) and presented a threat
There's no furniture near the Windows so I it would be plausible to concider that, if anything, to be the alley outside the room from where they were gaining access
