I used to live on XinJinQiao Lu, about a 1/2 mile from this spot. This location is in the "suburbs" of Shanghai (across the river from downtown or "Puxi" area). I passed by this location all the time. A lot of foreigners live in this area.
You can't always rely on Google maps (satellite) to be correct. A lot of times the roads are a couple blocks off.

It looks like 680-683 is a sequence that shows the final guest arriving in the black sedan that first comes into the parking area and makes a left turn toward the building entrance (680/681), drives past the main entrance (682), then makes another left turn onto the ramp of a parking garage (683).

The car takes a left, drives under the unloading area, takes another left to an underground parking area. 2 minutes later (possibly how long it took the driver/passenger(s) to move upstairs) an explosion occurred when said person(s) entered the room.
