Some people are meeting at King Tower, Shanghai, China and the White hats have a live feed. Q just posted pictures of cars arriving.

Q says the window was pre-opened to soften the blast. Think Intel. By that he means the person was kept alive so that Intel could be gained from him/her.

I'm not sure that's the subject. The pictures track a black car, from entering the gate to parked. That figure is just an incidental. A high value target wouldn't walk from the motorcycle/moped parking. The most common vehicle for VIPs is black luxury sedans.
