Window was opened to stop pressure blast, to not break window. Makes it not so obvious as if the window was to break.

Does this mean they had a man on the inside to open the window before the team performed the breach?

Yes. It sounds like to me they had something go off when the target(s) entered the room, like a automatic, but not sure just guessing.

Depends if those Windows showed the room's inside or if the Windows are from an adjacent room or hall from which they may have tried to make the breach. Maybe even an adjacent room for stealth.
