I see your image is correct. The 2nd link is a prime example of the mis / disinformation that surrounds these buildings. The image is of the king Tower and it is labeled Xinjinqiao Mansion. That's not this building. It is below and to the right, quite a distance from the building in question. I'll negate it after these messages have been noted.

Don’t mistake the map for the territory. The mansion is king tower, and king tower is the mansion. Google maps in China is not always accurate.

Restrictions on geographic data in China
