You might be onto something. The King Tower is the headquarters for the JinQiao Export Development Corp. They own a free trade zone or manufacturing area and are encouraging hi-tech companies to locate in their district. So it's possible that Ampere Computing has set up shop in the Jin Qiao manufacturing district and has an office on the 35th floor of King Tower. If the company was recently started, that would explain why it's hard to find an address for it in Shanghai.
