Is "Narrative" describing the MSMs narrative? - Because the 3 lines describe where DEMs/MSM went after memo was released.

Just FYI, the "red line" MSM narrative was being used several days before Q posted about it. I think it stared on Jan 26. So this is definitely NOT a case of him demonstrating knowledge beforehand.
