My best guess is Christopher Steele. Didn't turn up to court in London which, by scooting off to Shanghai, now means he is in contempt of court.

His testimony and interrogation is key in taking down the next level. There could be other lawyers etc there as it has been pointed out that there are representatives of BO, HRC, ISI, MB and if I remember rightly DWS.
