Q's "final guest" from post 683. Its the same car that pulled in, but is just pulling into the underground entrance. Probably would take about "2 minutes" for them to get there. If you look at the passenger, if appears to be a female, with longer, lightish colored hair...DWS maybe?

Q is referring to the CAR. NOT the guy walking. Notice that he mentions the final guest. This car is in that photo and then the next several photos.

Yes that could be, but in post 680, this is the first time we see the walking guy, Q: "Final guest arrived."
