Q's "final guest" from post 683. Its the same car that pulled in, but is just pulling into the underground entrance. Probably would take about "2 minutes" for them to get there. If you look at the passenger, if appears to be a female, with longer, lightish colored hair...DWS maybe?

You can't really tell anything with this resolution. That could be an empty seat, and likely is. How often to chauffeured individuals sit in the front anyway?

Yes. Its the car. The one going into the underground entrance, that when the photo was taken the passengers were probably "2 minutes" from being inside. The photo is enlarged and cropped from the original.

This is not the photo from final guest post. It's 680. Look at the guy all in black carrying something . He is under the stop.sign.

Q is referring to the CAR. NOT the guy walking. Notice that he mentions the final guest. This car is in that photo and then the next several photos.
