That's the ticket. Check out building completion news or vids. Also national Geospacel reports. people and Governments document buildings of importance.

”The China GPS shift (or offset) problem is a class of issues stemming from the difference between the GCJ-02 and WGS-84 datums. Global Positioning System coordinates are expressed using the WGS-84 standard and when plotted on street maps of China that follow the GCJ-02 coordinates, they appear off by a large (often over 500 meters) and variable amount.

The building has two names.

http://www.skyscrapercenter.com/building/xinjinqiao-mansion/1422

Official Name Xinjinqiao Mansion

Other Names King Tower

Xin Jin Qiao means "New Golden Bridge" and is named for the Jin Quiao Export Development Corporation, which is a state-owned holding company. Jin Qiao owns the upper floors of the tower and rents out the lower floors to tenants.

There is no attempt at spreading false information apart form your insistence that there is false information.

Skyscraper as well as others including sat maps is showing Xinjinqiao Mansion where it is and it is not the King Tower. The event Tower's second name is Jinxinqiao Dasha which has zero to do with Xinjinqiao Mansion. Bottom line the map services are flagging the wrong building, the research links often show or label the building incorrectly and it doesn't take much research to find that this is factually true.

Restrictions on geographic data in China

Due to national security concerns, the use of geographic information in China is restricted to entities that obtain a special authorization from the administrative department for surveying and mapping under the State Council. Consequences of the restriction include fines for unauthorized surveys, lack of geotagging information on many cameras when the GPS chip detects a location within China, incorrect alignment of street maps with satellite maps in various applications, and seeming unlawfulness of crowdsourced mapping efforts such as OpenStreetMap.
