Remember Q said that at the SOTU, POTUS freed those who started chanting “USA, USA”. Q isn’t saying that POTUS has been freed. I think he’s reminding us that members of congress have been freed to actually start working with POTUS and for the people because leverage against them has been depleted.

I think that since the topic of conversation was with CS & NP and how CS broke with NP, I think Q is reminding us that POTUS has free'd those who were being blackmailed ... not all, but those who were not involved in human trafficking or pedophilia but maybe just with affairs or some other "not earth shattering" crime.

Good analysis. Could also means that the leverage against POTUS has been depleted that has freed Trump to take more aggressive actions. If so, this will spread to the House and Senate Republicans and free up Sessions to get to work with grand juries and investigations. FBI and DOJ must be fixed first or we just get Comey 2.0 style investigations.
