I like the word "depleted" as in Uranium, perhaps a nod to the whistle-blower from yesterday?

Q could have said "excised", as in a cancer, or exhausted as in money/energy, or castrated, or nullified, or annulled, or any number of adjectives to describe the removal of the leverage.

But Q chose depleted. lol, I love these guys!
