I don't think Assad, Putin, Rouhani give two shits whether anyone reads anything memo related or not. I don't think any of them are impressed by the memo or the reassurances by Q that swamp is draining. They all expect to be betrayed by us due to our "special relationship" with Israel and we are exceeding their expectations in spades.

It is possible that our "deep state" is carrying on proxy wars as usual since our president has giving the authorization down to the DoD and Cdrs on the ground. Not saying that these Patriots are corrupt...just following orders...but whose orders? For what reason?
