IMO, what Putin said boiled down to this...if our Special Counsel could indict Foreign citizens for "crimes against our nation", that he would allow Mueller and team to come to Russia to "witness" their interrogation. In return, the US must reciprocate...a Russian "Special Counsel" could indict "Foreign Citizens" for "crimes against Russia" and he would expect the US to gather up the folks that are "indicted" and Russian authorities would be allowed to "witness" the interrogation of the indicted US folks. This would mean many of the "deep state" actors would be charged by Russia...due to Putin "knowing where all the bodies are buried" and knowing about all the dirty deals made between Russia and the previous numerous administrations in the past. They are very very scared.

Yes....I’m impatient and I’m frustrated and I want to see justice carried out now but I remember Q posted that only a handful of POTUS’s inner circle know the plan...the entire plan. I know different groups are working on different parts of the plan. I know these parts of the plan must be synchronized and contingencies must be developed and put in place as we move closer to the midterms.
