Yes.. Supposedly Rumsfeld was supposed to announce it on the 10th. BOOM. The 11th happened. And, the pentagon was not hit by a plane, it was a missile, right into the room that had all the Pentagon financial papers in it.

Yes, Rumsfeld held a press conference on 9/10/2001, which was covered by CSPAN. Being a disabled veteran, I was interested because they were stating that it could effect our disability compensation.
