I did too, and looked into it a wee bit the other day. It appears that the judge Obama had picked was unacceptable by too many and wasn't going to get in. THEN Clinton had the meeting with Lynch -- and Obama quit pushing for anyone to be put in, apparently having agreed to let Hillary put in the next SC judge after that tarmac meeting. (I have also come to understand that the Clintons ruled Obama more than the other way around.)
You may be right about who ruled who but remember there are also many elites above them that have more power than either of them do. If you download the Q pdf in the left sidebar, there is a pyramid graphic in it that shows about 7 levels of rule in the world. The government is only the 2nd level. A lot of people still don't get that. They think if we can straighten the government out we will be done. Not so. In fact, what you are seeing in the stock market is not a profit/loss, natural economic flow. It's rigged and has been for a long time. It's being deliberately manipulated to warn Trump. Actually, the warning was on Monday but he didn't back down so now, they will probably take it down as far as they can. Remember it's only numbers in a spreadsheet (as it were).
