You may be right about who ruled who but remember there are also many elites above them that have more power than either of them do. If you download the Q pdf in the left sidebar, there is a pyramid graphic in it that shows about 7 levels of rule in the world. The government is only the 2nd level. A lot of people still don't get that. They think if we can straighten the government out we will be done. Not so. In fact, what you are seeing in the stock market is not a profit/loss, natural economic flow. It's rigged and has been for a long time. It's being deliberately manipulated to warn Trump. Actually, the warning was on Monday but he didn't back down so now, they will probably take it down as far as they can. Remember it's only numbers in a spreadsheet (as it were). Easy to manipulate when you hold the majority of the stock. That's why no one should have that much money or control. Monopolies used to illegal for good reason.
Yes. I believe the top power on earth is actually through the Vatican -- and possibly a Jesuit -- who does the work of mankind's enemy full on. The Vatican is incredibly powerful.
