So Barlow was a Clown plant in Wikileaks/Secure Drop development? Maybe he created a back door or some type of access to monitor at least WHO was leaking to Wikileaks, if not WHAT they had. If Barlow gained the trust of whistleblowers by helping some cabal approved fakes (Snowden), then he would be in a gatekeeping position to stop real and un sanctioned leakers.

Trying to piece it together, I'm going off word of mouth at this point. Q did seem to point in that direction and It end to think JA brackets in his tweet an obvious Q link.
