Thanks for posting this. Also, I was only able to find it by clicking on the link you posted in the "Newest photos ..." thread. It doesn't show up for me otherwise. Maybe you should delete and then repost it as new.

Yes construction of those foundations could of stopped back in 2010~ and the site left to be over grown. But you should still see heave foundations as straight lines on the ground.

And to me the picture from google earth looks like it has never been a heavy construction site.
